Two DS games with the same score. My vote goes to Prof Layton since the puzzles are SOOOOO hard and Pokemon D/P is just the same game and has not that many updates. |

I matched them up against each other because they both got the same score. Why does everyone love RPGs so much? I really don't get it. I believe that Professor Layton is a lot better. There are loads of puzzle games out there but Professor Layton is the only one that i'm still playing, because it's so challenging! Some of the puzzles are so hard my brain wouldn't work for the rest of the day! Pokemon D/P is just the same as the past games and has virtually no replay fun, and is far to easy to complete.
p.s. You don't even get kudos if people post on your topic (I think!?!?!)

Professor Layton all the way. And I haven't even played it.
Diamond and Pearl are just terrible games. Online gameplay is the only thing that saves it, and barely.

Professor Layton's good, but a bit short. Only take me around nine hours or so. Still, Diamond & Pearl are a bit too similar to the other Pokémon games for me.

Oh and another rant, the Pokemon part of Nintendo are tricking the idiots of the gaming world to buy both of the games, even though the only difference is that that Pearl has around 10 different pokemon that Diamond doesn't!

No they're not tricking them. They clearly state in pretty much every advert about the similaraties. That, and you must be pretty thick to buy both.

No they're not tricking them. They clearly state in pretty much every advert about the similaraties. That, and you must be pretty thick to buy both. |
Yeah, well, 5 of my friends bought both and only 4 of them are thick. My point, that I didn't state very clearly before, is they should make the two games a little more different from each other. Oh and you obviously didn't read what I said carefully enough. Take a closer look

I agree with you SOOOO much. I can't see how they can make a game we have played three times before and can still get a higher score than games that are far better than it, like No More Heroes and The World Ends with You!

Going by Metacritic, TWEWY is better than Diamond/Pearl (89 to 85).
If you're going by ONM's scores, they seem to be biased against Squeenix. It's a conspiracy, etcetera, etcetera.
