It's surprisingly cheap on Amazon at £29.99, I wonder if that's due to a lack of demand? Anyway, I will be buying this sometime next year because there are a lot more games to get before this.

On shopto.net all games are under £40 and this game is £24.

I liked the way the vehicles changed from road to air to water. It may be controversial to say so but I think this is done better than Mariokart 7.

To be honest I thought this was going to be rubbish! I have to say this does look very good but I will wait for the ONM review and get it after Christmas if it scores well.

Be warned though early showings of this game had frame rate issues on the Wii u version only. But this could have been early code getting it up and running on Wii u in time for shows for people to play it.

This trailer rocks. Seriously, it has exactly what we want, plus five-player local multiplayer? Sold.

Definitely picking this up.

If this plays even half as well as the original did it'll be well worth picking up. I actually preferred Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing to Mario Kart, it was just let down by a few small issues such as the tracks losing a lot of the cool stuff going on around them when you played in split screen or the fact that some characters just weren't really capable of competing with the rest when player skill was equal. If the heavier racers are now better balanced, and if they've taken advantage of the WiiU's RAM to keep the courses interesting during multiplayer, then this should be the definitive 'carting' game up until (and even potentially after) the next Mario Kart comes out.

That's a good price, but is ShopTo a reliable seller? I've spoken to someone about them before and they had various problems with them.
