Luigi's Mansion 2 multiplayer is for four players

It would be better if you could play as four different characters rather than all being Luigi,
maybe Mario, Toad and E gadd

Luigi's Mansion 2 will be even better now that it has multiplayer. Hope it has online as well as off line.

Unlikely; but wouldn't it be cool if the other three players were trying to hinder luigi, sort of like ghost mansion on Nintendo land?! :)

That orange an green Luigi looks fly! I want to play as him!
Actually it does remind me of a gaming magazine's April Fools joke from years ago (something like 1997~1998, might have been Gamesmaster). It featured an orange and green recolour of Mario in Super Mario 64, the article claimed it was for a Playstation game called "Super Fernando Brothers" or something similar. It'd be great if others could tell be if I remember that right.

I the multiplayer mode itself sounds great. Hope it works well.

Hmmm, by the look of these comments I think I'm the only one who doesn't want it to be a multiplayer or co-op game. Too many times I've seen multiplayer and/or co-op shoe-horned into a game that's ended up spoiling it, Resi Evil 5 for example. I'd much prefer it to be a single player only.
